Sanjay Roy Chowdhury, Managing Director, Gray Matters
Formerly Associate Director with the Human Capital practice of Ernst & Young, Sanjay was heading the Eastern Region, the SAARC countries and Saudi Arabia. Over 21 years of experience in total with 16 years in High end consulting across the globe and 5 years in Internal HR function in 'The Arvind Mills Ltd.'. Graduate(B.Sc.) from Presidency College, Post Graduate(M.Sc.) from Calcutta University and MBA from XLRI, Sanjay has consulted for organizations in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, South East Asia and the Middle East across all domains of Human Resources. Sanjay had a syndicated career counseling column in "The Telegraph" newspaper for 12 long years called "HR Matters". Shilpa Chakraborty, Director, Gray Matters
Shilpa Chakraborty is a Post Graduate in Business Finance from University of Calcutta. She is an alumnus of the National Institute of Personnel Management and Symbiosis – Pune with Specialization in Human Resource. Shilpa has over 19 years experience in core HR functions. She worked with Ernst & Young for over 7 years and consulted more than 30 clients in the industries like Manufacturing, Textiles, Retail, Engineering, Information technology and Government Sector. She worked with TIL for more than 9 years as Head of Human Resource - Associate Vice President – Knowledge Resource Management. In TIL she has driven large-scale organizational change management initiatives, and had been instrumental in setting up HR systems and processes across the organization in line with global best practices. She worked closely with Caterpillar global and was a core HR member of Caterpillar Far East Dealers Association (CFEDA). Shilpa has received awards on HR Practices, Leadership and as Woman Achiever from different bodies in India. Her papers have been published in journal of Bombay Management Associations.
Debkumar Mitra, CEO, Gray Matters
Formerly Director, Research and Development at Derek O'Brien & Associates, a Kolkata-based media infotainment company; Debkumar designed a mathematical tool 'The Knowledge Quotient', which measure's an individual’s knowledge base vis-à-vis knowledge base of his / her immediate environment. Previously worked with The Statesman and The Telegraph in the Editorial department Debkumar also authored a recreational mathematics column Brainstorming for 14 years in "The Telegraph". Debkumar is also a consultant editor with Penguin India since December 2006
Debkumar is a Gordon M. Fisher Fellow from the University of Toronto, Canada, in 'Science and Pseudoscience,' 'Bioethics,' and 'Impact of Digital Media on Culture,' . Mitesh Mehta, Managing Consultant, Gray Matters
A graduate in Hotel Management and an MBA from IBS Hyderabad, Mitesh has work experience spread over various sectors like 5 Star Hotels, Education Services, Knowledge Management and Human Resource Consulting. Having worked with brands like the JW Marriott, and the Oberoi Bangalore, Mitesh proves his versatility by working with clients in these esteemed organizations, to liaisoning with Students, Teachers, Principals and providing various Educational Services. Rajarshi Nag, Managing Consultant, Gray Matters
Around 19 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, playing multiple roles and being moulded into the role of a HR Generalist, Rajarshi had a stint in various industries like Manufacturing, Logistics, Financial Services, IT Services and Consulting. Lately being associated with companies like eFORCE India and ICRA, he had been the Principal HR Officer before venturing into consulting and Training. He has been an active member for consulting assignments all across the country and abroad ( Various locations in the US and Bangladesh).

Shravani Sarbadhikary, brings along, over sixteen years of HR and management consulting experience of working in India, Middle East, Eastern Europe in industries such as IT, ITES, audit, finance and educational domains. She was formerly the HR & Learning & Development leader in Ernst & Young, Qatar. She has been a Lecturer and L&D consultant of management studies in universities oversees.
Being in the field of learning and development in different business domains, has enriched her with the knowhow of training needs and to implement the learning outcomes into practice. She has successfully held Leadership program workshops for American Chamber of Commerce for professionals and expatriates outside India. She has travelled to many places in the world and this gives her the exposure to understand the behavioral aspects of different cultures and speaks many languages. RUMELA HALDER, ASSOCIATE ANALYST, Gray Matters

Adhir Ghosh, an Executive Coach, Facilitator & Consultant (associated with Spl. Projects for Gray Matters) is an HR/OD professional with more than three decades of multi-functional and multi-business experience in India and abroad, Adhir partners with Gray Matters on various assignments. Earlier he was Director HR of M/s Galana Refineries & Terminal S. A., Madagascar. Major part of corporate career in Bharat Petroleum where he was identified and positioned for the specially created role of Internal Coach, to facilitate the 'behavioural' aspect of organizational transformation. He was associated with M/s Arthur D. Little, in organizational restructuring and HR/OD initiatives at BPCL. Joy Bhattacharjya is a mathematics graduate and has a Master of Computer Application degree from Jadavpur University. The CEO of Indian Premier League team Kolkata Knight Riders, started his career with Patni Computers. Joy had been associated with various TV channels including ESPN and National Geographic Channel and has created award-winning software as a producer. Joy is also a well-known quizmaster and was the mind behind Super Selector and ESPN School Quiz. A keen basketball player, Joy has represented his varsity team. He has written a couple of books on behalf of ESPN regarding Quiz and also edited a book of lists on Amitabh Bachhan and also done quite a few Corporate events.
